Cancellation Policy

At Relentless Health & Fitness, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We strive to accommodate our clients while also keeping our scheduling fair for the rest of the team and other clients.

1. Cancellation notice

• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee as set out below.

2. Cancellation fees and refunds

• More than 48 hours notice: free to cancel or reschedule, with a full refund where the session has been paid for.
• Within 48 hours of the session: a 50% refund will be issued.
• Within 24 hours of the session: no refund will be issued and the full session fee is payable.

3. No-show policy

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, they will be charged a no-show fee.
• The no-show fee is equivalent to the full session cost and will be charged to the client's account.

4. Payment of fees

• Cancellation fees and no-show fees must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
• Payment can be made online or in-person at the time of your next appointment.

5. Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If you are dealing with extenuating circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can help.

6. Communication

• Please let us know about any changes to your schedule as soon as you are aware of them.
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance, or use the booking app.

7. Appointment confirmation

• We send appointment reminders by email or text message to help you remember your scheduled sessions.
• It is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointment and notify us of any changes or cancellations.

Packs and memberships

Pre-paid session packs are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or family member. Memberships can be paused or cancelled with one month's notice.
